Requesting a special menu for your child

Please see information below from our Catering Company, Edwards & Blake, about how to request a special menu.

“If your child requires a medical diet due to a food allergy, food intolerance or a medical condition that requires an adapted menu (e.g. carbohydrate count for Type 1 Diabetes), please follow this link to request a medical diet: https://orders.lunchhound.co.uk/medicaldiets/request For further support, please refer to the Parent User Guide.”

KS1 meals remain free due to the universal free school meals system.

KS2 meals are charged at £2.50 per child, per day.

Pre-school meals are charged at £2.50 per day.

On special adult lunch days, adult meals are charged at £2.60 per  meal.

Special diets will be catered for when supported by medical evidence from a GP/Consultant.

ALL SCHOOL MEALS THAT ARE CHARGEABLE ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE OR ON THE DAY MEALS ARE TAKEN -IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO OWE DINNER MONEY UNLESS IN AGREED EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES.  PAYMENT TO BE MADE BY OUR ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM SCHOOL COMMS  (PLEASE CONTACT THE SCHOOL OFFICE FOR DETAILS).
