Reach for the stars, be the best that we can be

Activities completed during school closure.

It has been wonderful to hear about some of the exciting activities families have been completing during the school closure.

Yellowhammers have been drawing in the style of Beatrix Potter. Lacey, Harry and Elliot have sent in some of their fantastic drawings of their animals.

Year 2 have started a sunflower growing competition. This is Elliot's sunflower - it's currently taller than Mr Bradshaw's.

Congratulations to Brandon for achieving his Blue Peter award for all of the crisp packets he helped to recycle as part of the Eco Club. What a fabulous letter explaining the importance of recycling too!

Maisie enjoyed colouring some template Easter eggs in today and did some fingerprints to create a bunny and some chicks. She loved sticking lots of Easter stickers on the card and wanted to write it for her teachers.

Members of the ECO group have received their badges from Blue Peter. Congratulations on earning these!!

As it is VE Day, Tommy in year 2 has made some fantastic bunting to celebrate the day!
